Questions
How long does data delivery take?
Most bundles are delivered within a few minutes after payment is confirmed. During busy periods it may take a little longer.
What happens if I do not receive my bundle?
If your bundle has not arrived after a reasonable wait, contact us on WhatsApp with your payment receipt and phone number. We will look into it right away.
Can I get a refund?
If a bundle fails to deliver and we cannot resolve it, we will refund your MoMo payment. Refunds are processed within 24 hours.
How do I confirm my payment went through?
Wait for the MoMo confirmation message on your phone before closing the payment page. If debited but no bundle arrives, reach out to us with your transaction ID.
